Shipping policy

Mother Mary Company will ship items within 3 business day of receiving an order. Once an item has begun its journey through shipping the customer will begin to receive tracking information through our website. Once the parcel is out of Mother Mary hands and into the shipping carriers hands we have no control of how long the parcel will take to arrive to the customer. We can only utilize the information each carrier grants on approximate shipping times and tracking information. If an issue should arise we are happy to work with you in locating, or resolving any issues that may occur. Certain packages including bit not limited to international first class do not offer tracking outside of the country. Therefore we cannot assist in tracking updates for certain packages. We will always do our best to make sure the package ships out and arrives in a timely matter. If you have any question do not hesitate to reach out.
